Activation cancellations and balance refunds

   Open the activationFind the waiting number in your dashboard or retrieve it with the API.

   Check its statusDo not cancel after a useful SMS code has already been delivered.

   Request cancellationUse the cancel button or the API cancellation endpoint while the activation permits it.
4. 4
   Confirm the balance entryAfter a successful cancellation, the activation status and balance transaction are updated.

重要提示

• Refunds are returned to the SMSREC balance, not automatically to the original card or wallet.
• Keep the activation ID for support.
